When refund is acceptable?
After your payment, you can offer refund. We accept it only when product differ with explanation that mention on product’s page (even there is small different). It is possible that we have mistakes in some pages of our site. So we accept refund easily. Also, we try to have exact explanation about each of products. Really we fell happy when some one report our mistakes.
We try to solve any issues and help all of our customers. Really we are not the authors of files and we don’t have any specialty in solving problems.
